COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Renner Flux RM-HD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Robotic-Accessories products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Robotic-Accessories such as the P6400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R021KK2084 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PPCR022NNN1N2P by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand FD784 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robo-Cylinder such as RCPRMAIL100MB equipment made by Robo-Cylinder have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robo-Cylinder products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robo-Cylinder" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1703600280 made by Rexroth as well as the popular MHD71B061 original spares produced by Rex-Roth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DKR031W200NBE2301FW by Rexroth and RCPRMAIL100MB spares by Robo-Cylinder are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RL20001HE1K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rice. |
